Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan. Chop the onion and mash the garlic. Add the mushrooms to the pan, season with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. Now add the onion and garlic. As soon as the onions are translucent, briefly stir in the coriander.
Tip: best when served hot!
