  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander greens
  • olive oil
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Chop the onion and mash the garlic. Add the mushrooms to the pan, season with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. Now add the onion and garlic. As soon as the onions are translucent, briefly stir in the coriander.
  2. Tip: best when served hot!
