Mushrooms (Mushrooms) with Garlic

A wonderful appetizer of fried mushrooms with garlic and herbs.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms – 12 pcs.
- Parsley – 2 sprigs
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
Directions
- Peel and chop the garlic.
- Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Put prepared mushrooms in a frying pan and fry on both sides.
- Add garlic and parsley. Salt.
- Cook over low heat (15-20 minutes).
