- Mix the almonds with milk and refrigerate for 1 day.
- Cut the dry white bread into cubes, peel the garlic and cut roughly. Press the almond milk through a sieve and discard the almonds.
- Puree the bread, almond milk and garlic. Then with the hand blender running, pour in the oil in a thin stream and add vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Serve with halved grapes.
