Ingredients

  • 200 g almond (s), round
  • 1 ½ liter milk
  • 200 g white bread
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g rapes, liht-colored

Instructions

  1. Mix the almonds with milk and refrigerate for 1 day.
  2. Cut the dry white bread into cubes, peel the garlic and cut roughly. Press the almond milk through a sieve and discard the almonds.
  3. Puree the bread, almond milk and garlic. Then with the hand blender running, pour in the oil in a thin stream and add vinegar, salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with halved grapes.
