Instructions

  1. Chop the basil. Crumble the feta cheese by hand and whisk with ajvar, cream cheese, creme fraiche and basil. Press and stir in the garlic. Season everything with salt and pepper.
  2. The cream can be used as a dip or spread and will keep fresh in the refrigerator for a few days.
