Cook the rice until al dente according to the package instructions and set aside.
Chop the onions and garlic into small pieces. Cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces.
Heat some oil in a saucepan. When it`s hot, add the peppers. When it`s colored, add the garlic and onion. Stir in the tomato paste and roast. Deglaze with white wine.
Stir in the ajvar and a good dash of ketchup. When it is simmering, add the cooked rice and corn. Finally stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
