Alaska Pollock with Vegetables in Cream Cheese Sauce
Instructions
- Chop the vegetables and sauté them. Then season the Alaskan pollock fillet to taste and fry it until golden brown on both sides in a pan.
- Once the vegetables are steamed, add the cream cheese and ajvar and possibly a splash of mineral water to create a smooth cream cheese sauce.
- The vegetables can of course be exchanged as desired. Serve both together.
