Alfredo pasta is one of the most popular Italian dishes not only in Italy but also in America. Its base is a delicate creamy Alfredo sauce based on grated parmesan. And the man in love came up with it.
Prepare the food you need. Place the water in a pasta pot to heat. Boil the pasta in boiling salted water until half cooked (al dente), drain in a colander. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Rinse the green beans, cut off the ends, remove the hard center. Peel the garlic. Add salt and pepper to the shrimp, mix.
Melt half the butter in a frying pan, fry the shrimps until golden brown, transfer them to a plate.
Add remaining butter, melt and sauté chopped garlic.
Add cream, nutmeg and cook for 5 minutes.
Now – grated Parmesan, stir, bring to a boil.
Cut the asparagus beans into small pieces. Add the pasta, chopped beans and shrimp to the skillet, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with chopped parsley
