  • Pasta – 400 Grams
  • Shrimp – 250 Grams
  • Asparagus beans – 200 Grams (green beans)
  • Butter – 100 grams
  • Garlic – 5-6 Cloves
  • Hard cheese – 100 grams (parmesan)
  • Cream 20-30% fat – 300 Milliliters
  • Nutmeg – 0.5 Teaspoon
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground black pepper – To taste
  • Parsley – 1 Bunch

Alfredo Pasta with Green Beans Instructions

  1. Prepare the food you need. Place the water in a pasta pot to heat. Boil the pasta in boiling salted water until half cooked (al dente), drain in a colander. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Rinse the green beans, cut off the ends, remove the hard center. Peel the garlic. Add salt and pepper to the shrimp, mix.

  2. Melt half the butter in a frying pan, fry the shrimps until golden brown, transfer them to a plate.
  3. Add remaining butter, melt and sauté chopped garlic.
  4. Add cream, nutmeg and cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Now – grated Parmesan, stir, bring to a boil.
  6. Cut the asparagus beans into small pieces. Add the pasta, chopped beans and shrimp to the skillet, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with chopped parsley
