Chicken Pasta “Alfredo”

I bring to your attention a recipe for making chicken Alfredo pasta. This dish is very quick to prepare and does not require complex ingredients, so it is perfect for both lunch and dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

Fry chicken breasts seasoned with salt and pepper in a skillet in vegetable oil until tender. Can be grilled
Grind the breast, letting it cool slightly.
In a deep bowl, combine eggs, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, chopped basil, garlic and parsley.
Add meat to cheese mixture and stir.
Melt butter in a skillet and add flour, then add milk and cream. Beat the mixture over the heat until thickened.
Add chopped garlic, parsley, parmesan, basil, salt and pepper.
Fill each shell with the meat filling and place next to each other on a baking sheet.
Pour the creamy sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake the pasta at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
