Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 cloves garlic
- 415 ml chicken broth
- 240 ml cream
- 225 g penne
- 340 g parmesan, freshly rated
- parsley

- Dice the chicken breast and fry in hot oil. Chop the garlic, add and fry briefly. Add the chicken stock, cream and pasta and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and simmer over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the grated parmesan.
- Serve with parsley.
