Ingredients

  • 500 g turkey breast fillet (s) or another fillet
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 thick carrot (s)
  • 1 large leek stick (s)
  • 8 potato (s)
  • 2 slices processed cheese
  • 1 cup cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • nutmeg
  • chives
  • parsley
  • oregano
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces or leave it whole. Squeeze out the garlic clove or cut it into small pieces and place in a bowl with the meat, the oil and the standard spices salt, pepper and paprika powder and stir with a spoon. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  2. Then the leek can be cut into half rings and the carrots and potatoes into small cubes.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pan or wok, add the marinated meat and fry well. Then add the carrots and potatoes, season well with the herbs and nutmeg and fry briefly. Finally add the leek. Pour in the cream and water, add enough water to the pan until the contents are almost completely covered. Bring the contents to a boil and simmer on medium heat for about 20 minutes.
  4. Finally, add the processed cheese slices, stir and season to taste and you have a delicious meal that will fill you up.
