Ingredients

  • 500 g pork schnitzel, small ones
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 50 g salami, (a little more if you like)
  • 60 g cheese, rated Gouda cheese
  • breadcrumbs
  • Flour
  • 3 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • 1 piece (s) butter
  • 1 zucchini
  • 300 g ribbon noodles
  • 150 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the pepper and salami into fine cubes. Put together with the cheese and breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix briefly.
  2. Beat the schnitzel, cut through once if necessary. May be like small slices!
  3. Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper, turn in flour, then pull through the beaten eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs mixture.
  4. Heat enough oil in a pan, then carefully place the schnitzel in the pan with both hands and fry nicely on both sides. It is best to use a spatula to turn it.
  5. Finally, drain the schnitzel on kitchen paper.
  6. For the pasta:
  7. Cut the zucchini once and then cut lengthways into thin slices.
  8. Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. Add the zucchini for the last 3 minutes. Then pour off the water, add a piece of butter and then the cream. Season with salt and pepper and briefly reduce the cream.
  9. Serve schnitzel and noodles together and enjoy!
