Soak the apricots in water overnight, but at least 2 hours. Soak the Dulse in the water for 2 minutes.
Roughly chop the pineapple and apple. Cut the ginger and the soaked apricots into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together with the soaking water until you have a creamy smoothie.
Those who like to experiment are also welcome to add wild herbs (ground grass, basil leaves, nettle, etc.) - then it tastes a little more spicy and has a multiple number of ingredients.
