- Mix all ingredients and season with cucumber liquid, salt and pepper. If necessary, 2 cloves of garlic can be added.
- The sauce tastes best when it has been through for a few days. It can be kept in the refrigerator for approx. 1 week.
- Goes well with potatoes, rice, gyros, fish, salad, for dipping or as a grill sauce.
