Instructions

  1. First toast the white bread cubes in hot oil. Bring the broth with wine or lemon to a boil and melt the crushed cheese in it, stirring constantly. Fold in the egg yolks, whisked with a little soup, on the edge of the stove, stir in the chopped herbs and season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with bread cubes.
