Ingredients

  • 2 slices toast
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt
  • 0.75 liter ¾ chicken broth
  • 4 tablespoon white wine or lemon juice
  • pepper
  • 200 g processed cheese with herbs 60% fat i. Tr.
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 bunches herbs, mixed chopped (preferably fresh from the market)
  • Worcester sauce

Instructions

  1. First toast the white bread cubes in hot oil. Bring the broth with wine or lemon to a boil and melt the crushed cheese in it, stirring constantly. Fold in the egg yolks, whisked with a little soup, on the edge of the stove, stir in the chopped herbs and season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with bread cubes.
