Ingredients

  • 700 g cheese, Alläu, sliced
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 150 g herkins, (small pickled herkins)
  • 0.25 ¼ head iceberg lettuce

For the dressing:

  • 60 g sour cream
  • 60 g plain yohurt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. For the dressing, mix the sour cream with the yogurt, lemon juice, oil and the pressed garlic clove, season with pepper, salt and sugar to taste. The dressing can also be prepared very well with the hand blender.
  2. If necessary, debark the cheese slices and cut into strips approx. 1/2 cm wide and 4 cm long, place in a bowl and mix with the dressing.
  3. Wash and clean the radishes and cut into thin slices. Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into strips. Drain the gherkins and cut into thin slices. Add all ingredients to the cheese and mix together, let it steep a little. If you add the iceberg lettuce and radishes just before serving, you can prepare the salad the evening before. The salad becomes particularly spicy if you replace half of the Allgäu cheese with mountain cheese that is not too strong.
