Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Dice the onions and fry them crumbly in a large saucepan with a little oil.
Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots, cut the leek into rings. Add everything to the meat and fill up with the broth. Let simmer for about 25 - 30 minutes over low heat.
Then stir in the processed cheese (sometimes I also use double the amount of cheese), add salt and pepper sparingly and season with nutmeg.
