Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Dice the onions and fry them crumbly in a large saucepan with a little oil.
  2. Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots, cut the leek into rings. Add everything to the meat and fill up with the broth. Let simmer for about 25 - 30 minutes over low heat.
  3. Then stir in the processed cheese (sometimes I also use double the amount of cheese), add salt and pepper sparingly and season with nutmeg.
