Instructions

  1. Peel and finely grate the potatoes and place in a bowl. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Mix the sour cream, wheat flour and onion into the potatoes.
  3. Season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix the cheese and parsley into the potato mixture.
  4. Heat the fat in a pan, add 1-2 tablespoons of potato mixture in portions and bake until golden on both sides.
