- Mix the sour cream, wheat flour and onion into the potatoes.
- Season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix the cheese and parsley into the potato mixture.
- Heat the fat in a pan, add 1-2 tablespoons of potato mixture in portions and bake until golden on both sides.
