- Wash, dab and pat the schnitzel.
- Heat the fat in a high pan and fry the meat in it. Then season with lightly salt.
- Place on a fire-proof plate or casserole dish and top each with a slice of ham, tomato and Emmentaler. Baked for 5-10 minutes.
- For the sauce, pour the broth into the pan and let the roast set boil. Season to taste with tomato paste and refine with cream and white wine.
- Serve the sauce separately with the meat.
