Mix the eggs, almonds, protein powder, cinnamon and salt with the hand mixer. Mash the ripe banana with a fork and mix in. Now gradually add the milk until the dough has the right consistency and is not too runny.
Beat the two egg whites very stiffly with a hand mixer and carefully fold them into the dough.
Heat some coconut or rapeseed oil (butter is also possible) in a large pan and fry the dough in small portions in the pan over medium heat, turn once and remove.
A sauce made from raspberries or heatherberries goes well with it.
