Mash the banana with a fork and mix with the almond butter. Chop the walnuts, toast them together with the almond leaves and pour over the sauce. Add millet flakes and a pinch of salt and stir in everything. Add just enough millet flakes until you have a firm but just spreadable mass.
Tastes best on strong wholemeal bread rolls with black tea (orange).
Tip:
If you want, you can stir in a teaspoon of nut nougat cream, but then the spread is no longer sugar-free.
