Puree or chop the dates with milk, stir in all other ingredients and place piles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for 13 minutes.

Peanut Cranberry Biscuit
70 g peanut butter
50 g spelled flour
2 teaspoons of flaxseed meal in 3 teaspoons of water (leave to soak for 5 minutes)
5 chopped dates and 1 tablespoon chopped dried cranberries soaked in 50 ml milk.
Mix everything into a homogeneous dough. Bake piles of it for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees.
