Instructions

  1. Mix the pudding powder with a little milk and sugar. Bring the rest of the milk with chocolate to the boil. Stir the mixed pudding powder into the milk and stir in the almond liqueur.
  2. Let the cream get cold. Stir in between so that no skin forms. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
  3. Decorate with almond macaroons.
