Ingredients
- 1 point pudding powder, vanilla
- 500 ml milk
- 30 grams sugar
- 100 g chocolate, crumbled
- 5 tablespoon liqueur (almond liqueur)
- 250 ml whipped cream
- some macaroons (almond macaroons) to decorate

- Mix the pudding powder with a little milk and sugar. Bring the rest of the milk with chocolate to the boil. Stir the mixed pudding powder into the milk and stir in the almond liqueur.
- Let the cream get cold. Stir in between so that no skin forms. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
- Decorate with almond macaroons.
