- Work the marzipan, ground almonds, powdered sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg white into a dough. Form croissants out of it.
- Lightly beat 1 egg white, brush the croissants with it and then roll them in the sliced almonds.
- Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown. After cooling, dip the ends in couverture.
