Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, buttermilk, oil, sweetener and vanilla sugar with a whisk. Stir in the wheat bran. Then add the almonds, soy flour, wheat flour and baking powder with a spoon and mix everything well. Shape 16-18 balls. They all fit on a baking sheet. Bake at 165 degrees convection for approx. 20-25 minutes.
