Put all ingredients in a blender, only add a little vegetable milk at first. Mix everything well for about 1 minute, gradually adding enough plant-based milk so that the mixer grips everything well and does not run dry, use a pestle (if available) if necessary.

Note: If you make almond milk yourself in a blender, you can also use the almond pomace for this recipe. The quantity given refers to the dry almonds, i.e. the pomace of 100 g almonds.
