Ingredients

  • 100 g almond (s), blanched and round
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 handfuls raisins
  • 2 apricot (s), dried
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder
  • some almond milk (almond drink) or rice milk

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender, only add a little vegetable milk at first. Mix everything well for about 1 minute, gradually adding enough plant-based milk so that the mixer grips everything well and does not run dry, use a pestle (if available) if necessary.
  2. Pour the cream into two bowls and add fruit, chopped pistachios or almonds, chocolate sprinkles or similar to taste. garnish.
  3. Note: If you make almond milk yourself in a blender, you can also use the almond pomace for this recipe. The quantity given refers to the dry almonds, i.e. the pomace of 100 g almonds.
