Almond Cream

Almond cream is the perfect addition to any pies and cakes you bake. It is used for interlayers and as a filling for open and closed buns. Delicious and tender!

Ingredients
- Eggs – 2 Pieces
- Butter – 130 Grams
- Almond crumbs – 130 Grams
- Orange liqueur – 1
- Sugar – 130 Grams
- Almond Extract – To taste
Directions
- Beat the soft butter with a fork or mixer. Add sugar and almond crumbs. Beat again.
- Beat the eggs and add to the butter. Also add 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of orange liqueur and almond extract. Whisk until smooth. Place the cream in the refrigerator.
- Almond cream is ready!
