First wash the tomatoes, cucumber and spring onions and then cut them into small pieces.
Chop up the sheep`s cheese as well. Put everything together in an appropriately sized bowl. Spread a little olive oil over the ingredients in the bowl. Season with salt, pepper and herbs to taste. Finally add the walnuts and a sip of the older balsamic vinegar. Mix all ingredients and serve.
The salad is good for barbecues with friends or as a quick-cooked dinner in summer.
