Ingredients
- 12 medium mini tomatoes
- 2 small cucumber (s) (mini cucumbers)
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 pack sheep`s cheese
- 2 handfuls walnuts
- olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Herbal mixture, Greek

- First wash the tomatoes, cucumber and spring onions and then cut them into small pieces.
- Chop up the sheep`s cheese as well. Put everything together in an appropriately sized bowl. Spread a little olive oil over the ingredients in the bowl. Season with salt, pepper and herbs to taste. Finally add the walnuts and a sip of the older balsamic vinegar. Mix all ingredients and serve.
- The salad is good for barbecues with friends or as a quick-cooked dinner in summer.
