Ingredients
- 3 bell pepper (s)
- 3 onion (s)
- 200 g meat sausae, (slices)
- 600 g cheese, smoked, (slices)
- 200 g pickled cucumber (s)
- 1 clove garlic or powder
- 10 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
- 6 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt
- pepper
- oregano

- Clean the bell pepper, peel the onion, cut the meat sausage, smoked cheese and cucumber into very fine strips and place in a bowl. Mix together olive oil, garlic, vinegar and mustard. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Pour the sauce over the salad and fold in. Let it steep for at least an hour.
