Knead the ingredients for the dough with a food processor. Divide the dough into 6 parts and shape each into a roll that is long enough to fit across the baking sheet. Place 3 rolls of dough each on a baking sheet (lined with baking paper). Bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 180 ° C (fan oven).
In the meantime, stir the ingredients for the topping with a fork. Immediately after baking, spread the icing thickly onto the rolls. Cut diagonally into 2 cm wide strips while still warm and allow to cool.
Store in a tightly closing jar. The pastries taste even better after a few days.
