Cooking pasta. Finely dice the bacon, halve the onions and cut into fine strips. Squeeze out the sauerkraut, chop the garlic, parsley and thyme. Fry the bacon and onions for 6 minutes. Add the cabbage, caraway seeds, garlic and thyme and fry for another 8 minutes. Keep warm. Put the oil in a pan and fry the pasta in it over a medium heat for 8 minutes. Mix the cabbage and pasta, fold in the parsley, season with salt and pepper.
