Ingredients

  • 300 g ribbon noodles, wide
  • 150 g bacon, mixed (sliced)
  • 80 g onion (s)
  • 1 can sauerkraut (wine sauerkraut, 300 g PE)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cooking pasta. Finely dice the bacon, halve the onions and cut into fine strips. Squeeze out the sauerkraut, chop the garlic, parsley and thyme. Fry the bacon and onions for 6 minutes. Add the cabbage, caraway seeds, garlic and thyme and fry for another 8 minutes. Keep warm. Put the oil in a pan and fry the pasta in it over a medium heat for 8 minutes. Mix the cabbage and pasta, fold in the parsley, season with salt and pepper.
