- 1 flat bread (s), Turkish
- 1 cup sour cream, approx. 200 ml
- 1 large onion (s)
- 150 g pork belly, smoked
- salt and pepper
- cheese, grated, for gratinating

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Halve the flatbread and coat the halves evenly with the sour cream.
- Halve the onion and cut into thin half rings. Cut the pork belly into thin slices.
- Cover the halves of the bread with onion and bacon and season with salt and pepper. If you like, add some grated cheese on top.
- Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
