Ingredients

For the shortcrust pastry:

  • 250 g flour
  • 150 g mararine
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

For covering:

  • 130 g bacon, finely diced
  • 500 g onion (s), cut into thin rins
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 0.75 liter ¾ sweet cream
  • 40 g mararine
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Put the ingredients for the dough in a mixing bowl and knead well. Place in the refrigerator while the topping is being prepared.
  2. Melt the margarine in a pan. Sauté the bacon in it, then remove it and set it aside for the time being. Then add the onions to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes. Take out and let cool down too. Mix the cream, eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl and fold in the grated cheese. Add the onions and the bacon cubes.
  3. Roll out the cooled dough in a greased springform pan and form an edge all around. Now distribute the topping on it.
  4. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C on the lower rack for about 35 minutes.
