Instructions

  1. Simmer the amaranth as described on the package for about 30 minutes and let it soak for 10 minutes. I recommend doing this in the evening so that it can be done very quickly in the morning. The next morning, add either soy yogurt or regular yogurt.
  2. Depending on whether it is natural or e.g., is vanilla yoghurt, you can add sugar and cinnamon to the amaranth while it is swelling to give it a little more flavor. Then simply cut the desired fruits into small pieces and add them.
  3. In my case, I took apple, banana, grapes, and strawberries. You can of course also add nuts. If you would like this to be a little softer, you can stir it in as you swell.
