- 125 g amaranth
- 150 g yourt, e.. B soy yourt
- 1 apple
- 1 banana (s)
- 4 strawberries
- 20 grapes
- cinnamon
- sugar

- Simmer the amaranth as described on the package for about 30 minutes and let it soak for 10 minutes. I recommend doing this in the evening so that it can be done very quickly in the morning. The next morning, add either soy yogurt or regular yogurt.
- Depending on whether it is natural or e.g., is vanilla yoghurt, you can add sugar and cinnamon to the amaranth while it is swelling to give it a little more flavor. Then simply cut the desired fruits into small pieces and add them.
- In my case, I took apple, banana, grapes, and strawberries. You can of course also add nuts. If you would like this to be a little softer, you can stir it in as you swell.
