Instructions

  1. Bring the amaranth to the boil briefly with water according to the package instructions, then simmer for 30 minutes and let it soak for another 10 minutes. Then transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add coconut milk, honey and cinnamon and stir. The consistency should be slimy. If you want it sweeter, you can add more honey.
