Ingredients
- 50 g amaranth
- 150 g water
- 2 tablespoon coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder

- Bring the amaranth to the boil briefly with water according to the package instructions, then simmer for 30 minutes and let it soak for another 10 minutes. Then transfer to a bowl.
- Add coconut milk, honey and cinnamon and stir. The consistency should be slimy. If you want it sweeter, you can add more honey.
