Instructions

  1. First cut the Amarena cherries as small as possible. Then put the quark together with the cream in a large mixing bowl and beat with the electric stirrer for a few minutes until a creamy mixture has formed. Now add the whole syrup of the Amarena cherries and keep stirring until the whole thing is as firm as possible.
  2. Finally add the chopped Amarena cherries to the mousse and fold in with a fork. Spread on dessert glasses and put in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  3. The cream should be whipped as tightly as possible and lightly creamy.
