Ingredients
- 1 glass cherry (s) (Amarena cherries with syrup, 240 g)
- 2 cups cream quark (50 g each)
- 1 cup cream (whipped cream) or whipped cream

- First cut the Amarena cherries as small as possible. Then put the quark together with the cream in a large mixing bowl and beat with the electric stirrer for a few minutes until a creamy mixture has formed. Now add the whole syrup of the Amarena cherries and keep stirring until the whole thing is as firm as possible.
- Finally add the chopped Amarena cherries to the mousse and fold in with a fork. Spread on dessert glasses and put in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- The cream should be whipped as tightly as possible and lightly creamy.
