Ingredients
- 4 cl liqueur (Berentzen passion fruit)
- 1 tablespoon cherry juice (Amarena cherry juice)
- 1 Amarena cherry (s)
- 3 cl Bacardi
- 1 tablespoon syrup (lemon syrup)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- currant juice
- Sprite
- ice cubes
For decoration:
- Lemon juice
- sugar

- Put some lemon juice in a small bowl and put the sugar on a plate. Dip a long drink glass with the rim in the lemon juice and immediately afterwards in the sugar, this creates a delicious sugar rim.
- Pour the first 6 ingredients into the glass and fill the glass 2/3 full with red currant juice. Fill in the last third with Sprite. Add ice cubes if necessary.
- It tastes best with homemade lemon syrup: Boil 100 g sugar with 200 ml water, zest of an organic lemon and the juice of the lemon together while stirring until it bubbles. Chill in a sealable container.
