75 g couverture, white
15 half cherry (s), (Amarena-)

Instructions

This cowl is pulled through really nicely after about 2 days of storage!
Halve the Amarena cherries and set aside 15 halves for decoration.
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Mix in the eggs one by one.
Mix the flour and baking powder and slowly stir alternately with the milk into the foam mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips and the halved Amarena cherries, pour everything into a prepared Gugelhupf pan and smooth it out.
Put the mold in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes, chopsticks test!
Then take it out, let it cool in the mold for 10 minutes and then carefully turn it over.
When the Gugel has cooled down, the couverture is warmed up in a water bath. Then you put these in strips on the cake with the help of a spoon.
Decorate the top with the cherries that have been set aside and refrigerate.
It is best if it has been given 2 days to pull it off, well chilled and covered!
