Heat the cream and melt the nut nougat in it. Put the nougat cream in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
The next day, stir the quark with amaretto until creamy and whip the nougat cream until stiff. Then arrange everything in 4 glasses: first pour in the amaretto quark, spread the amarena cherries on top and finally top with the nougat cream.
Now melt the sugar in a coated pan, add the butter and let both caramelize together. The macadamia nuts are then tossed in it and immediately placed on a piece of baking paper to cool.
As soon as they have cooled, roughly chop them and distribute between the dessert glasses. Serve garnished with mint.
