Instructions

  1. Stone or defrost the sour cherries and let them drain. Crumble the amarettini up to 4-5 pieces per serving.
  2. Mix the low-fat quark, natural yoghurt and tiger nut flour with a little cinnamon and powdered sweetness with a whisk until smooth, season with cinnamon and powdered sweetness, not too sweet, take the sweetness of the cherries into account. Divide half of it into 4-6 glasses or bowls, top with the sour cherries except for 4 or 6. Now add the amarettini crumbs and finally the rest of the quark-yoghurt cream. Decorate with the retained sour cherries and amarettini. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to be eaten.
  3. Tigernuts (tiger nuts, Spanish Chufa, French amandes de terre) are the tubers of a sour grass. They are gluten-free and suitable for nut allergy sufferers. High fiber, vitamin and mineral content have a filling and digestive effect. The cholesterol and blood pressure lowering effects are, however, controversial.
